Responsibilities: • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Business Development: Develop new clients and l business opportunities. • Client Satisfaction: Ensure the satisfaction of buyer and seller clients through exceptional service. • CRM Use: Be or become proficient and use our CRM, FollowUpBoss • Commit to training: Participate in webinars, coaching sessions, and classes • Accountability: Desire to be held accountable to achieve outstanding results Qualifications: • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Independent and self motivated • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Must have an active Georgia Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one • Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours • Ability to moderate emotions when everyone else is losing theirs • Ability to accept rejection and see it as the customers' loss • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • Team-focused with an entrepreneurial spirit • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Compensation: $170,000 yearly
