Print Room Coordinator at Canterbury Consulting Duties and primary responsibilities: · Collaborate closely with investment analysts to prepare performance reports and supplemental books for printing; accurately format and duplex the documents and insert tabs. · Print all performance books and supplemental books on a timely basis based on the schedule prepared from CRM. · Bind all performance reports and supplemental books for each client. · Prepare UPS packages for all reports by pick up deadline; deliver packages to UPS directly when completed after pick up deadline. · Ensure accuracy of delivery instructions, including correct number of reports mailed to specified recipients. · Prepare and file consultant copies of reports within same timeframe as client copies. · Meet deadlines for all client materials. · Troubleshoot issues with printer and other equipment; coordinate maintenance on printer and binding machines as needed. · Order supplies for printer. · Maintain organized production room. · Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: · One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Strong oral communication skills to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. · Strong written communication skills to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. · Working knowledge of Contact Management systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. · Ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
