Are you a CRIA licensed financial advisor with a successful track record of building client relationships and in-depth knowledge of investment strategies and managing portfolios? Utilize your expertise to mentor fellow advisors, engage in collaborative projects, and influence the firm's investment decisions. The compensation package includes a fixed base salary along with commissions from your own client portfolio and additional incentives from teamwork efforts and growth in the firm's total assets under management (AUM). Responsibilities: • Promote investment products within our firm internally to advisors • Collaborate with other advisors by providing training, investment solution strategies, and joint work • Nurture and build your own book of business Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years prior experience in financial services • US Work Authorization • Series 7 and 66 required • Knowledge of investment products and solutions • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Willingness to collaborate and work on-site • Prospecting and lead generation background Compensation: $150,000 at plan commission with salary commensurate to experience
