This role emphasizes managing relationships with our investors and buyers, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience throughout the transaction process. You will maintain communication with investors, coordinate property sales, and provide top-notch customer service. This position involves utilizing our proprietary CRM system, marketing tools, and other high-end resources to facilitate successful transactions. You will be responsible for understanding our investors' goals and helping sell them the properties that suit them in our inventory. The ideal candidate for this role has the ambition to grow within the company. A successful Investor Relations Associate will excel at building relationships with investors, negotiating deals, and contributing to the company’s overall success. Responsibilities: • Manage the sales process for all properties in the company’s inventory • Build and maintain relationships with investors, buyers, and agents • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between investors and the company • Market properties using our CRM system, lead generation software, and other marketing tools • Negotiate offers and counteroffers to maximize profits for the company • Coordinate property showings and closings • Ensure process compliance and accurate KPI reporting in the company CRM • Work closely with the Acquisitions team to ensure smooth transitions from contract to sale Qualifications: • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals simultaneously • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required • A driver’s license and vehicle is a must Traits of a Successful Candidate: • Disciplined • Organized • Coachable • Integrity • Process-Oriented • High Achiever Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000 yearly
