    The Shella Foundation empowers seniors, children, veterans, and people with disabilities to live at home independently while inspiring families to advocate for quality care that benefits those who need supportive services.

    As a Remote Invoice Processing Clerk, you'll help keep our financial records accurate by entering and managing invoices. This is a simple, task-based role that requires focus and consistency. You don't need accounting experience—just basic computer skills and a desire to help make a difference.

    Responsibilities

    • Check invoices for accuracy (amounts, dates, vendor info)

    • Enter vendor invoices into our financial system

    • Maintain organized digital records of invoices and payments

    • Assist the finance team with basic admin tasks as needed

    • Flag and report any inconsistencies or missing information

    • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data integrity

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED

    • Basic computer and typing skills

    • Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel or Sheets)

    • A reliable internet connection and personal computer

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • Experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, or other invoicing software (Not required)

    • Prior nonprofit or administrative experience (Not required)
