Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement : Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Product Demos : Conduct product demonstrations to educate potential customers on the value and benefits of our solutions.
• Sales Goals : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Outreach : Proactively reach potential clients through cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Conference Attendance : Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Onboarding : Guide new customers through the onboarding process.
• Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to persuade and close sales.
• Must be tech-savvy and able to learn and demonstrate new products quickly.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
