The successful candidate will assist the Program Manager in managing the NASA Cybersecurity and Privacy Enterprise Solutions and Services (CyPrESS) contract. The CyPrESS requirement is a new procurement for Agency-wide cybersecurity and privacy services. The types of services anticipated include:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities of the CyPrESS Deputy Program Manager include but are not limited to:
* Assists the Program Manager with the overall contract performance
Responsible for customer satisfaction
Assists with the management of employees, financials. contract/subcontracts, schedules, deliverables, performance, risks and quality
Assists with compliance with all contract and corporate policies and procedures

Required Skills Required Experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
Minimum of 10 years work related experience providing service delivery in complex IT environments, including 5 years supervisory experience
Knowledgeable of the Cybersecurity and/or Privacy domain including current challenges/solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs
Experience managing programs that involve two or more lines of business with a variety of services
Experience leading a technical workforce across two or more geographically dispersed locations
Experience managing programs with performance requirements directly tied to metrics
US Citizenship Required; Ability to obtain and maintain level of security clearance required by the contract
Ability to travel to Agency locations, as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Program management training and/or certification
Experience leading enterprise-level contracts
Active SECRET clearance
Cybersecurity certification
Master's degree in a related field
ITIL experience and/or certification
