    WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE IMPORTANT AT IPSOS?

    As a Senior Qualitative Research Manager in our Division, you will work closely with our clients, Moderators and Project Management team to manage all phases of domestic and international qualitative market research projects.

     

    WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING:

    • Develops and delivers proposals for fortune 500 clients in Consumer-Packaged Goods and Financial Services industries, addressing client research needs for all types of qualitative research
    • Collaborating with different quantitative divisions across Ipsos on client research needs
    • Manage multiple research projects at different phases from proposal to delivery meeting time, quality and cost expectations. Responsible for the client service aspect of the project, coordinating with our moderators and project directors to ensure that the clients’ needs are met.
    • With manager support, work to develop existing clients and new business streams.

     

    THIS MIGHT BE THE JOB FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

    • 3-5+ years Market Research experience demonstrating strong familiarity with the executional elements of qualitative research such as screener development, recruitment management, facility management and qualitative research techniques and methodologies
    • 4-year Bachelors Degree.
    • Creative Problem-Solving Skills
    • Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
    • Strong Oral/Written Communication Skills
    • Proven experience managing multiple projects, ability to diplomatically respond to conflicting client needs
    • Proactive detail orientation
    • Strong client service orientation
    • Consumer Packaged Goods and Financial Services background is a benefit
