Someone that has great communication skills, is creative at problem solving, and promotes real teamwork with their client, as well as with everyone involved in the transaction. Our goal is to help each client have a smooth closing process and to relieve them of any unnecessary stress. At Irizarry & Associates we create lasting relationships with each client, their families, and their friends. Our outstanding mortgage loan originators work with each client one on one to ensure they get a financial solution that is tailored specifically to meet their clients financing needs.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Experience in Finance, Banking, or other Related Fields
• Min 2 Years Practicing Loan Origination
• Min 2 Years Processing Mortgage Loans for other Loan Originators
• Familiarity with Financial and Lending Practices
• Ability to Build Rapport with Clients
• Strong Analytical and Mathematical Skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Attentive to Detail (a MUST)
• Recent Experience with Calyx LOS
• Ability to Close a min $1mm in Volume Per Month
• Experience in Microsoft Office Applications
• Must Have Active Loan Originator License

• Excellent Customer Service
• Advise Borrowers on Financial Status and Payment Methods
• Guide Customers Through the Loan Application Process
• Experience in Originating Both Purchase and Refinance Mortgage Loans
• File Loan Applications and Supporting Documents
• Develop Referral Networks to Locate Prospects for Loans
• Handle Customer Complaints and Take Appropriate Action to Resolve Them
• Exemplify Organizational Skills
• Ability to Work Independently
• Poses Strong Loan Analytical Structuring Skills
