    Job Description

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant with a strong focus on supporting the recruitment process and maintaining efficient HR operations.     Key Responsibilities:

    Recruiting Assistance:

    • Assist the HR Director with the recruitment process, including posting job ads on various platforms, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
    • Help screen resumes and process candidate information in our applicant tracking system (Smart Recruiters).
    • Maintain candidate databases and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide updates and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.

    Data Entry and Management:

    • Accurately input and manage employee and candidate data in our HRIS (ADP RUN).
    • Regularly update and maintain employee and recruitment records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
    • Assist with regular HR audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR and recruitment-related information.

    Employee and Candidate Communication:

    • Act as a point of contact for both employees and candidates regarding HR policies, recruitment updates, and onboarding.
    • Draft and distribute company communications, recruitment updates, and announcements.
    • Support new hire orientations and guide candidates through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.

    General HR Support:

    • Assist with benefits administration and respond to related employee inquiries.
    • Provide administrative support for the HR department, including maintaining confidential files and handling sensitive information.
    • Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned to support the team.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP RUN, and Smart Recruiters.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on candidate and employee engagement.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • A team player with a proactive approach to solving problems and supporting the HR team.
