We are looking for an ENTRY LEVEL SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE INDIVIDUAL to join our striving team! The ideal individual may be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Conduct sales presentation to potential customers
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
