    Pay Rate: $35-36

    Perdiem: $130 per workday plus Travel Pay!

    Duration: Feb 2025

    Required Skills

    • Participate in annual performance evaluations, providing one-on-one feedback and coaching to team members. Set clear goals and expectations.
    • Collaborate with other Foremen to ensure smooth workflow, quality, and safety on-site.
    • Ensure the safety of assigned LPR personnel, proactively identifying and resolving risks to maintain a zero-injury safety culture.
    • Uphold work quality by following LPR’s quality plans and designs.
    • Review designs to balance schedule, cost, quality, and function, implementing effective scheduling changes as needed.
    • Maintain thorough project records, including payroll entries, logs, and reports.
    • Plan, coordinate, and schedule necessary equipment for assigned tasks.
    • Support crew tasks as needed, including welding, bolt installation, layout, unloading trucks, and operating equipment.
    • Report accidents to the General Foreman and Safety Department within one hour.
    • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.

    Required Experience

    • 5-7+ years’ experience in craft supervising
    • NCCER certification for craft preferred
