    Heroes Lawn Care is looking for a driven and experienced Irrigation Crew Lead to oversee day-to-day operations for residential and commercial irrigation system installations, extensions, and rebuilds. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work directly in the field alongside your crew to ensure projects are completed on time, up to standard, and with great communication to both clients and internal teams. Responsibilities: • Lead a 2–3 person irrigation crew on job sites for system installations, zone extensions, system conversions, and major rebuilds • Interpret site plans, irrigation designs, and client requirements to execute accurate and code-compliant installs • Maintain full knowledge of TCEQ irrigation standards and enforce safety protocols and water conservation best practices • Coordinate daily with the Production Manager on scheduling, materials, equipment, and logistics • Communicate proactively with customers on-site regarding progress, challenges, or questions • Train crew members on best practices, technical skills, and use of irrigation components (valves, controllers, pipe systems, drip lines, etc.) • Perform quality control checks before project closeout to ensure systems are clean, functional, and fully tested • Document job progress and materials used via Jobber or internal systems • Identify opportunities for upsell or improvement while onsite and report to Production Manager Qualifications: • Minimum 2+ years experience in irrigation system installations or service work • Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred • Strong working knowledge of residential and commercial irrigation systems, including PVC and poly pipe, valves, timers, drip systems, and smart controllers • Ability to read site plans and system layouts • Clear communicator, solution-oriented, and organized • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions • Valid driver's license with clean driving record • TCEQ irrigation technician license preferred (or willing to obtain within 90 days) Compensation: $52,000 - $60,000
