About the Opportunity: Bloom Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading commercial landscape company in Rogers, AR, to recruit an Irrigation Manager. This role involves leading an irrigation team, managing operations, and contributing to business growth.

Compensation:

• Compensation: $75k - $85k+ plus bonus
• OTE (On target earnings): $100k+

Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial irrigation operations, including scheduling and client management.
• Train and develop the irrigation team, focusing on safety and quality.
• Expand the company’s client base through proactive sales.
• Collaborate with management on operational optimization and strategic goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of green industry experience.
• 7+ years of irrigation-specific experience.
• Valid AR Driver’s License and AR Irrigation License.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
