For more than 40 years, Sunrise Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance, design and installation company, has been serving West Central Florida with a commitment to landscape and service excellence. We are growing and have a great opportunity for an Irrigation Foreman to join our Team. This role will lead a team of Irrigation Techs while supervising and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our clients' needs.
Sunrise Landscape has multiple locations throughout Florida and this role will be located in Tampa, FL by the 75/I-4 Intersection.
What You Will Do:
- Supervise and motivate crew of 1-4 people: including driving to/from client job sites.
- Deliver and maintain exceptional client relationships for a portfolio of commercial landscape customers through service delivery of assigned irrigation services.
- Support team and complete installation of irrigation services at onset of client project.
- Load trucks and equipment daily; ensure all equipment is returned in operable condition.
- Utilize ASPIRE software system for managing crew schedules, logs and work tickets daily.
- Conduct field inspections ensuring efficiency and department profitability.
- Manage crew schedule, logs and work tickets daily.
- Ensure crew safety and direct to safe situations. Partner with Safety Manager to ensure a safe and secure environment through ongoing communication and training.
- Ensure job site is clean and presentable at end of each work day.
- Report incidents, injuries and/or accidents that happen, complete required forms.

What You Bring To Us:
- Minimum of 3 years' of Irrigation experience.
- Valid driver's license required of at least 3 years.
- Previous management/leadership experience of a team is required.
- Familiarity with Aspire software a plus!
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is required.
Additional Information:
- Work will be done both inside as well as outside, depending on task and in southern climates
- Division works Monday – Friday with the possibility of work on Saturdays depending on season and the workload.
