At Quality, we work with all brands and types of irrigation systems, and this position will require you to communicate effectively with customers, diagnose and repair irrigation issues, and utilize additional skills across other areas such as electrical, horticulture, water conservation, and plumbing. Key Responsibilities

• Irrigation System Repair & Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems for customers.
• Install & Maintain Systems: Install new systems and upgrade existing ones as required.
• Utilize Additional Skills: Apply skills in electrical, horticulture, water conservation, and plumbing.
• Client Relations: Communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction with services.
• Physical Demands: Lift 50–75 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day.
• Outdoor Work: Perform tasks in hot and cold conditions, working outdoors year-round.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience: Irrigation or green industry experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and stand/walk throughout the day.
• License: Valid driver's license with a clean record (required).
• Communication: Able to effectively communicate in English.
• Reliability: Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, listen, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
