Position Overview:
Are you a dependable, skilled, and detail-oriented professional looking for rewarding outdoor work? We’re hiring an Irrigation Service Technician for a seasonal position from April through November, with the winter months off. Key Responsibilities:
Perform system renovations, startups, inspections, service calls, and winterization.
Inspect, monitor, and repair irrigation systems to optimize performance and meet local water regulations.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and hydraulic issues. (Training provided for qualified applicants.)
Collaborate effectively with small crews or work independently to complete projects efficiently.
Submit Billing & Job Information: Enter job details and billing information electronically through our user-friendly system.
Required Qualifications:
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work safely and effectively, independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift to 50 lbs, dig, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Some experience in electrical or hydraulic troubleshooting preferred, but not required. We will train motivated individuals eager to learn.
Valid Driver’s License Required (Age 18+): Due to commercial auto insurance requirements, applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
Driving Record Check (Required): Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a driving record check to meet commercial auto insurance eligibility. Indicate if you have had any DUI convictions within the past three years. A clean driving record is necessary.
