As a Conserva Technician you are a self-starter who has been in the industry and has already developed a professional approach to irrigation. You will be primarily be responsible for meeting with customers and assessing irrigation systems. From there diagnosing repairs by troubleshooting issues and offering enhancements that will make existing systems more efficient is your role. Conserva is focused on smart irrigation and water conservation components as the backbone for how we work. You will see it all in this role and will have many opportunities to learn and excel on the job.

TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate System Layouts and Identify Issues

Valve and Manifold repair

Installing Smart Controllers and Flow Sensing equipment

Adding Zones and Components on to existing systems

Install Micro and Drip Irrigation

LEARNING ON THE JOB

Work independently, yet be part of a team

Assess residential irrigation systems through our proven SES® sales process

Conserva University Online Training Tools

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of documented irrigation industry experience and baseline proficiency required

Clean driving record is a MUST

Results-oriented

Motivation to earn production bonuses

Great attitude with a desire for growth

Ability to work regular physical labor outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
