A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEAD IRRIGATION TECHNICIAN
As a Lead Irrigation Technician, you enjoy working with your hands and spending your day outdoors. You are on the frontline working directly with our customers. With each interaction, you are friendly and make sure to leave a positive impression of our company. You inspect and repair both residential and commercial systems. Your expertise allows you to troubleshoot and enhance existing systems to make them more efficient. You repair and rebuild valves and manifolds in addition to installing high-tech smart irrigation controllers.
Although much of your time is spent working on our customers irrigation systems, you also take the time to train our entry-level technicians. You lead by example and are happy to answer questions and provide assistance. Due to your expert training, you are able to help your team complete jobs correctly and always exceed expectations. Our clients and other technicians enjoy working with you due to your friendly disposition and accurate, complete, and timely work.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of irrigation experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors performing physical labor in a variety of weather conditions
18 years old or older

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a seasonal job and the work hours are flexible. We do expect around 40 hours of work a week but are flexible on the exact times as long as we are able to communicate these times with our customers ahead of time.
