Job Summary

We are seeking an Irrigation Technician to join our team! Recently recognized as the #1 Irrigation Company in the United States by Landscape Management, we are proud to serve the Lake Norman area north of the Charlotte metro area. As an Irrigation Technician, you will be traveling to a worksite, evaluating a customer's needs, and installing or repairing irrigation systems based on Conserva standards. You will maintain existing irrigation systems, troubleshoot problems, and make adjustments as needed. The ideal candidate will enjoy working outside and has previous experience with landscaping or irrigation.

Training, vehicles, tools and equipments are made available to make you successful. We will provide uniforms to insure you are presentable and professional in front of customers. We also provide phones or tablets to enable you to utilize the technology we have available to maximize sales and grow your soft skills as well as your technical skills with us. Salary is based on experience, bonuses are available based on performance and seniority.

Responsibilities

Install, repair and inspect irrigation systems based on company specifications

Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service

Stay on schedule, document appointments accurately

Keep company vehicle in clean, presentable appearance

Qualifications

Clean driving record

Previous landscaping or irrigation experience desired

Ability to troubleshoot low-power electrical systems is a plus

Experience operating light duty equipment like skid-steers and trenchers is a plus
