We continue to expand upon our workforce development program based on our initial continuing education premise. With this growth, we’re excited to open our brand new training facility for 2020: Isaac Training & Education Center (ITEC). The new facility is 30,000 sq. ft. with 10,000 sq. ft. of fully interactive classrooms and a 20,000 sq. ft. multi-functional lab. We will have dedicated labs for each individual area of HVAC, as well as space for development in other areas. Every aspect of the home will receive attention, including plumbing, electrical and the construction trades. Commercial equipment as well as residential will be part of the training curriculum. While we are focusing on the skills related to development in the trades, we will also have soft skills training. Customer service knowledge is part of a well-rounded set of skills for our students. Most importantly, we have the support of the HVAC industry and the local community as we create this training facility. Community representatives wholeheartedly support Isaac’s enthusiasm for helping close the trades gap through a powerful workforce development initiative.
