  • Responsibilities

    Major Duties (Job Description)

    • You will Lead/manage Marine Corps Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) programs/projects to include meeting the cost, schedule, and performance expectations of assigned programs.
    • You will serve as the Distributed Common Ground Systems-Marine Corps (DCGS-MC) Integrated Product Team Lead within the Expeditionary Intelligence Command and Control Division of the Expeditionary Warfare Department.
    • You will manage complex expeditionary Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) systems integration projects/programs to include systems.
    • You will execute strategic resource planning requirements supporting IPT mission success.
    • You will lead, guide, coach, and encourage team progress on assigned tasks and coordinate execution requirements with multiple internal and external stakeholders including Echelon II or higher.
    • You will monitor and control cost, schedule, performance, and risks in support of IPT products and services.
    • You will promote innovation to achieve digitalization of tools and processes as well as lead MBSE, DevSecOps, and Agile implementation across the IPT.
    • You will ensure IPT reporting meets sponsor/customer requirements, is timely, complete, and professionally presented.

    Qualification Summary

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Qualifications/Specialized Experience: Leading/managing Marine Corps Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) programs/projects to include meeting the cost, schedule, and performance expectations of assigned programs. Your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving. 1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Apply systems analysis concepts and techniques in order to determine best approaches for implementation within the technical environment. 2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services, IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Assess needs and requirements necessary to provide solutions in customer support requirements. 3. Oral Communication: Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency must include: Collaborate with external agencies, industry and academia experts on best software development practices, current trends, and emerging technologies. 4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency must include: Evaluate and recommend adoption of new or enhanced approaches to delivering IT services.
