We’re hiring a driven project manager to lead our team into a well-oiled machine! You’ll work with clients to make a plan for the entire project and then manage the process to make sure it’s done right. Our Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to Echopath’s project and client needs. This role requires an understanding of both internal and external project management disciplines, including strong project management skills and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time, and within budget. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and will play a key role in new client implementation. Responsibilities: • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using both Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members and third-party contractors or consultants. • Work closely with engineering, technical support, marketing, and other departments to ensure project alignment and integration. • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders. • Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver regular project updates. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery. • Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned. Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT project management. • Experience in agile and scrum methodologies. • Experience with both Dev/Ops project management and traditional IT project management. • Must be PMI-ACP. • Experience in the managed services provider vertical is preferred. Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 yearly
