Responsibilities: • Keep all technical hardware and systems up to date, including phone systems, printers, computers, operating systems, network systems, and any other technical equipment • Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently • Configure new technology for the company, including software and applications, computer hardware and desktops, and operating systems • Protect our business from cybersecurity threats by running regular security checks • Handle all Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT-related requests • Collaborate with the CIO to ensure our systems are stable and we proactively set up our systems for cybersecurity • Recommend and implement IT disaster planning and disaster recovery Qualifications: • Expert-level Microsoft Office skills • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux computer operating systems • Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed • Advanced experience with how to troubleshoot network systems, phone systems, internet connectivity, and other technological equipment • 7+ years of IT experience • Certification: Microsoft Certified: Office 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent relevant certification would be advantageous Compensation: $65,000+ yearly + bonus
