Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to staff • Maintain and troubleshoot company networking and laptop issues • Maintain company Oracle portal application and database • Assist in data conversions and migrations • Provide new employees with user accounts, company email, and security access • Maintain technological equipment, including printers, phones, copiers, etc. • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience • Proven experience in Oracle portal/database management and help desk support • Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications • Familiar with SQL language • Ability to work independently • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities • Self-motivated and proactive • Prior experience in the commercial lending industry is a plus Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
