Lend-A-Loan is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our team members, ensuring that all IT systems and services run smoothly. Benefits: • 401k • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Responsibilities: Responsibilities included but not limited to: • Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues, primarily in Microsoft Windows • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues across various systems, including office printers • Collaborate with 3rd party IT Vendors such as Bezalu and Salesforce • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process for employees • Assist with daily office operations and special projects as needed Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred • Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues primarily in Microsoft Windows • Experience with Salesforce a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist users at all levels of technical expertise • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly
