Responsibilities: Systems Administration • Directly manage Microsoft environments and Ubiquiti network systems. • Hands-on maintenance of servers, networks, and hardware across all stations and vehicles. • Establish and enforce IT standards to support seamless organizational growth. • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when necessary. • Support the implementation of advanced medical technologies in line with our strategic objectives. Technical Support • Oversee the IT ticketing system and personally provide support to end-users. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly. • Assist with installing and managing radios and MDTs in vehicles. • Provide timely after-hours support as needed, with clear expectations on availability. • Ensure technology enhances our ability to deliver patient-centric care excellence. IT Planning and Coordination • Participate in IT planning to support company growth and strategic objectives. • Review IT expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. • Develop and maintain IT standards and documentation. • Collaborate with departments to set IT goals and implement solutions. • Provide training to staff on IT systems during orientation and as needed. • Leverage data analytics and technology to drive decision-making and improve service delivery. Cybersecurity Support • Implement cybersecurity protocols in collaboration with our partner At-Bay. • Conduct routine security updates and assist directly with assessments. • Support compliance efforts with HIPAA and other regulations. • Ensure data security aligns with our commitment to patient care and confidentiality. Hands-On Role This position is solely responsible for the day-to-day IT operations. You will be the go-to person for all technical support needs—directly fixing computers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing IT solutions. You'll play a critical role in advancing our technological capabilities, supporting our strategic objectives of innovation and data-driven operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, independent employee who recognizes tasks and projects that need attention and will take the initiative to facilitate project completion. Additionally, they have a vision for developing and improving the current IT infrastructure, work on continuous improvements, and execute the plan. Qualifications: Experience • 2-3 years in hands-on IT support or systems administration. • Experience with Microsoft environments and basic networking. • Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Familiarity with data analytics tools and technology integration is a plus. Required Certifications • CompTIA A+ • CompTIA Network+ Preferred Certifications (can be obtained after hire) • CompTIA Security+ • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals • UniFi Certifications Technical Skills • Basic knowledge of operating systems and network management. • Experience with hardware maintenance and troubleshooting. • Understanding of data management systems and analytics tools.
