    Overview: As an Ivalua Technical Analyst (Ivalua L3 INT Certified), you will be integral to the implementation and support of Ivalua solutions for our clients, focusing on the technical aspects of these solutions. This role demands a thorough understanding of Ivalua's suite of products, particularly in integrations, to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality. Your technical expertise and analytical skills will drive successful project outcomes and enhance system performance.

    Location: Baltimore - Annapolis, MD

    Responsibilities:

    Assist in the implementation of Ivalua solutions with a key focus on technical configurations and integrations.

    Support in technical design mapping and execution of integration plan.

    Act as a technical resource for clients and internal teams, providing expert guidance and support.

    Design, configure, and troubleshoot Ivalua integrations to meet specific client requirements.

    Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

    Conduct technical testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

    Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration diagrams and configuration guides.

    Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure continuous system reliability.

    Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical processes and methodologies.

    Qualifications:

    A minimum of three years of experience in technical roles related to the Ivalua procurement system.

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.

    Extensive hands-on experience with Ivalua procurement applications and integrations. Ivalua L3 INT certification is required.

    Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and programming languages relevant to Ivalua customizations and integrations.

    Intermediate to expert proficiency in developing solutions using Ivalua’s Enterprise Application Interface (EAI) and workflow objects.

    Proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) development.

    Proficiency with WebMethods.

    Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware solutions.

    Expertise in API development and management, particularly in RESTful and SOAP APIs.

    Demonstrated success in deploying procurement solutions in complex, multi-system environments.

    Familiarity with agile project management frameworks and related tools and methodologies.

    Proven ability to deliver high-impact technical solutions in a consulting or professional services environment.
