    Overview: As an Ivalua Technical Lead (Ivalua L3 INT Certified), you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the implementation and support of Ivalua solutions for our clients. This role requires deep technical expertise in Ivalua’s suite of products, particularly in integrations, to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality across systems. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving successful project outcomes and enhancing overall system performance and reliability.

    Location: Baltimore - Annapolis, MD

    Responsibilities:

    Responsible for validating and executing the integration plan.

    Lead the technical implementation of Ivalua solutions, focusing on integration with other systems and ensuring robust performance.

    Leads technical design and field mappings.

    Assists with master data management (integration, conversion) activities for Ivalua.

    Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

    Design, configure, and troubleshoot Ivalua integrations and custom developments to meet client-specific requirements.

    Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.

    Oversee the technical work of project team members, providing mentorship, direction, and quality assurance.

    Conduct technical testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.

    Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration diagrams, configuration guides, and training materials.

    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical processes and methodologies.

    Qualifications:

    A minimum of five years of experience in technical roles related to the Ivalua procurement system.

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution; a master’s degree is preferred.

    Extensive hands-on experience with Ivalua procurement applications and integrations. Ivalua L3 INT certification is required.

    Intermediate proficiency in SQL, scripting, and programming languages relevant to Ivalua customizations and integrations.

    Intermediate to expert proficiency in developing solutions using Ivalua’s Enterprise Application Interface (EAI) and workflow objects.

    Proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL) development.

    Proficiency with WebMethods.

    Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex technical projects.

    Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Preferred Skills:

    Advanced proficiency in developing solutions using Ivalua’s Enterprise Application Interface (EAI) and workflow objects

    Advanced proficiency in SQL, scripting, and programming languages relevant to Ivalua customizations and integrations.

    Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft.

    Experience integrating with cloud, hybrid, and on-premise systems.

    Expertise in API development and management, particularly in RESTful and SOAP APIs.

    Demonstrated success in deploying procurement solutions in complex, multi-system environments.

    Ability to lead and manage using agile project management frameworks and utilize related tools and methodologies.

    Proven track record of delivering high-impact technical solutions in a consulting or professional services environment.
