    Ivor Andrew, a creative B2B marketing agency in Wheaton, is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist. Here’s the rundown:

    So! You love using analytics and insights to build better marketing programs. In addition to your deep understanding of traditional marketing, you are on top of the comprehensive range of digital tools used to capture eyeballs, drive conversions and deliver ROI.

    Our ideal Digital Marketing Specialist candidate will possess:

    • At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing strategy and tactics at a marketing agency OR similar experience managing on an in-house marketing team

    • Working proficiency in HubSpot and / or other marketing automation platforms

    • Certification in the Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords, etc) and SEMrush

    • Experience building and setting up email campaigns and landing pages

    • Knowledge of sales enablement tools (ShowPad, Highpoint, Seismic) is a big plus

    • A background in B2B marketing is a huge bonus

    • Fanatical attention to detail

    • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and independently

    • Humor, humility, confidence, a willingness to learn and a drive to always improve

    • A willingness to accept critique and direction, ask questions and be inquisitive, but also forge your own paths and contribute

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Tactical execution of clients’ digital marketing programs and supporting Ivor Andrew Account Executives communicate efforts to clients

    • Develop demand gen success across client Hubspot accounts

    • Build out and manage lead funnel workflows, lists and lead scoring

    • Recommend improvements to data sets and lead segmentation analysis

    • Collaborate with creative, strategy and senior management to deliver client campaigns

    • Execute A/B tests to continually measure and improve the effectiveness of new creative, messaging, segmentation and content

    • Plan, create, budget and execute ad campaigns for clients across Google Ads, social media and industry media inventory
