The Duties will include:

• Conducting short circuit studies, over current protection device coordination studies, load flow studies Arc Flash mitigation Studies, grounding/ground grid studies, and underground thermal studies.
• Supervise process coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and all electrical trades.
• Supervise or conduct distribution analysis, including voltage drop, voltage drop, and underground heat effect (Neher-McGrath) calculations.
• Oversee the preparation of designs, including power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
• Prepare power system single-line diagrams, including feeder, over current protection sizing, and equipment elevations.
• May be the Engineer of Record for projects as assigned.

The Ideal Person will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relatable field.
• Licensure as a US-based Professional Engineer is required
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering subjects, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, energy conservation, value engineering, applicable codes, standards, etc., is required to design state-of-the-art constructible projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Illumination software, and Oracle software pertaining to Engineering Productivity and CAC generation.
