    We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage, support, and optimize the CNC architecture of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability. You will also maintain the platform's stability through system configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations across development, testing, and production environments.

    Hybrid role, Government experience is required

    Key Responsibilities:

    Configure and manage EnterpriseOne instances across multiple environments (development, test, and production) to ensure system stability and performance.

    Lead the installation, configuration, and upgrade of JD Edwards applications, tools releases, and patches in accordance with best practices and security requirements.

    Oversee the creation, configuration, and maintenance of JD Edwards environments, managing server mappings, user profiles, and OMW (Object Management Workbench) setups.

    Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize CNC configurations for optimal throughput and responsiveness.

    Collaborate with database administrators and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of applications with databases and middleware layers.

    Implement and manage security settings, user roles, and access controls, conducting periodic audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies.

    Serve as the primary contact for CNC-related issues, providing real-time troubleshooting and technical support to resolve system outages, performance issues, or connectivity failures.

    Ensure reliable system backup and recovery processes are in place, developing and testing disaster recovery procedures as necessary.

    Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including configuration changes, upgrade logs, and issue resolution processes.

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, database administrators, and system administrators, to support enterprise-level deployments, integrations, and process improvements.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Over 7 years of practical experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC architecture.

    Demonstrated expertise in installing, configuring, and upgrading EnterpriseOne systems, including tool releases.

    In-depth knowledge of JD Edwards environment management, Object Management Workbench (OMW), and security roles.

    Experience in managing database connectivity and middleware integrations.

    Proficient in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC administration, focusing on performance tuning, load balancing, and system optimization.

    Familiarity with databases (such as Oracle and SQL Server) and middleware systems.

    Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation.

    Strong troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving complex system issues.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

    Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

    JD Edwards or CNC certification is a big plus.
