    What You Will Do:

    We are an outsource call center that supports inbound phone traffic for multiple clients and handles a variety call types ( sales , order taking, data entry, lead capture, appointment setting). Because of this, duties may include:

    • Answering inbound phone calls from customers to place orders for products from a variety of sources (catalog, website, advertisements)
    • Applying learned sales techniques to complete sales orders, including upselling products or services
    • Answering customer questions or triaging calls to the appropriate department
    • Accurately capturing customer data for leads or appointments
    • Navigating multiple systems to complete job duties
    • Adapting to a changing environment as we add new accounts, new processes, or new systems

    How You Will Do It:

    We will conduct a three-day training in our Roseburg, Oregon call center that will introduce you to our systems and basic accounts, which will allow you to complete your essential job duties. All resources will be available to you through our order entry and knowledge base systems. You will be responsible for taking that information and applying it to your interactions. We will continue to help you grow and succeed with our company through feedback, coaching, and follow up training.

    Qualifications for Employment:

    • Be 16 years or older
    • Adequately complete pre-employment assessments
      • Qualified applicants will receive a follow up email and must complete the system diagnostics and skills assessment to be considered for employment
    • Possess basic computer literacy (website navigation and multiple program use required)
    • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not necessary

    Pay and Benefits Information:

    • $13.50 per hour starting wage
    • $13.75 per hour after 90 days of employment
    • Commission and incentives based on performance
      • ** Earn up to $18 per hour with sales commission and bonuses!**
    • Temporary to permanent employment (90 days temp)
    • Sick pay (up to 40 hours per year)
    • Benefits available to full time, permanent employees after 90 days (medical, dental, vision, etc)
    • Voluntary benefits available to all permanent employees after 90 days

    Scheduling Information:

    • All applicants must be available to work at least one weekend shift and possible holidays

    • All applicants must be able to attend all days and hours of new hire training regardless of worker category

    • While we try to keep schedules consistent, we do not offer set or guaranteed weekly schedules

    • Part Time Applicants: must be available to work 16-24 hours a week

    • Full Time Applicants: must be available to work 30-40+ hours a week

    • Employees with limited availability may be eligible for flex shifts

      • Flex shift employees must work a minimum of 10 hours per week (including one weekend shift)

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

    Training information:

    We have 3 trainings scheduled. Space is limited.

    Training 1: October 3 through October 5. 8am-4:30pm PT
    Training 2: October 17 through October 19. 7am-3:30pm PT
    Training 3: November 1 through November 3. 7am-3:30pm PT

    All hours and days of training are required for all new hires, even part-time or flex time employees.
