Insurance Sales Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven agent to join our insurance brokerage team in Pleasant Grove. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community. You will have the flexibility to develop a lucrative career by providing customers with insurance products from a variety of carriers. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong sales skills.

We are looking for:

Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs

- Assess client's current coverage and provide recommendations for additional or modified policies

- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis

- Side-by-side work with your mentor and will build your confidence and skill level.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to negotiate and persuade clients effectively

- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines

- Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base

- Experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or outside sales is a plus

- Willingness to obtain a state insurance license in Property & Casualty
