This is a position with a well-branded jewelry insurer specializing in personal jewelry coverage. We are seeking a Receptionist/CSR who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and looking for a challenge. This is NOT A SALES POSITION, though a friendly and professional phone presence is a must. You will be receiving and directing phone calls, answering questions about our products and services, taking payments on existing accounts, opening and distributing mail, and assisting underwriting, marketing and management teams.
Our office is centrally located in Louisville, and free parking is available. As the person in this position is integral to the smooth functioning of the office, working remotely is not possible.
