    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced JIRA Service Desk and Confluence Data Center Administrator to provide remote administration services for our JIRA Service Desk and Confluence Data Center platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing, customizing, and optimizing these platforms to support our organization's service management processes, ensuring system performance, security, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide comprehensive administrative support for JIRA Service Desk and Confluence Data Center platforms.

    Manage user accounts, project configurations, and workflow customizations.

    Perform regular updates, patch management, and general system maintenance.

    Resolve user issues related to access, permissions, and usage of JIRA and Confluence.

    Offer training and create documentation to enhance user understanding and effective platform usage.

    Customize JIRA Service Desk and Confluence to align with organizational service management processes.

    Implement performance optimization strategies and recommend system improvements.

    Integrate JIRA Service Desk and Confluence with other organizational tools to streamline workflows.

    Develop automation rules to reduce manual processes and increase efficiency.

    Ensure JIRA and Confluence platforms comply with organizational security policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

    Implement security measures to protect platform data and maintain system integrity.

    Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into service desk performance.

    Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize service delivery.

    Special Skills & Expertise:

    Expertise in administering JIRA Service Desk and Confluence Data Center, including user management, workflow customization, and system performance optimization.

    Proficiency with Deviniti plugins (Dynamic Forms, Queues, Issue Templates, Extension).

    Experience with Appfire plugins, including Surveys for Jira, JSU Automation Suite, and JMWE.

    Knowledge in managing Jira roles/permissions, issue security, and integrations (LDAP/SSO).

    Familiarity with Scriptrunner for Jira and Jira Insight Asset Management.

    Advanced understanding of Confluence Data Center administration, including installation, security, disaster recovery, and plugin management.

    Experience with migration and upgrades, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.

    Clearance: Secret/Top Secret Required
