    Receivables Organizational Overview Receivables Operations (RO) has a global footprint with over 3,000 employees and is part of the Wholesale Payments Operations team under the CIB. This division supports Wholesale (corporate) clients and Public Sector clients. The primary role of the business is the process of receiving and processing paper-based payments, including capturing relevant data per the clients requirements so they can accurately and efficiently record the payment in their accounts receivables system(s). Wholesale Receivables Strategy Overview The firm has invested in a digital strategy that is a multi-year strategic initiative to replace the current system. The overall strategy is to build & implement an end to end proprietary platform that leverages emerging technologies both internal and external. Role Description This program requires a highly motivated individual that excels in analyzing results and using data that will help drive strategic business decisions. This junior analyst will be responsible for root cause analyses of data anomalies. This will involve researching detailed transactions to identify key factors and issues that contribute to poor performance of business software. You'll collaborate with the Program Core Team to understand operational workflow and objectives. You'll create informative and actionable reporting that highlights key results relevant to the business and opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities Perform weekly or monthly reviews and analyses of Machine Learning Model results Deep dive root cause analyses of Machine Learning results through transaction level research Build reports and presentations to showcase Machine Learning model results to business stakeholders Maintain or update business reports and communicate trends, areas of opportunity and recommendations Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support recommendations Required Skills and Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Proficiency in data analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau Strong initiative, energy and confidence Strong analytical, mathematical and creative problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask Ability to collect & synthesize large amounts of detailed information, and use it to propose/deliver innovative solutions Effectively cope with change, shift gears, adapt Effectively work with remote teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
