**Qualifications:**

\- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

\- PE required

\- 10+ years of experience in civil engineering including  solid design  experience

\- Proven leadership and business development track record.

\- Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
