Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeping/Accounting Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting our financial operations by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining truck financial records, and performing reconciliation tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel and capable of managing a variety of general accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

Assist in general accounting tasks, including data entry and maintaining truck financial records.

Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for daily accounting tasks.

Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

Support the accounting team with other administrative and financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience in QuickBooks and Excel.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
