We have an exciting opportunity for the outgoing individuals in the Deer Valley/Happy Valley area of North Phoenix as a CSR, Customer Tech Support agent. We are a Wi-Fi company that serves our clients via fixed wireless connections. As a tech support agent, you will be assessing and diagnosing our client's Wi-Fi-related issues and merging creative problem-solving with user-friendly resources.
Responsibilities: TROUBLESHOOT MANAGED WIRELESS ROUTERS AND ANTENNAS Provide quality customer experiences via Phone and E-mail CLEARLY DOCUMENT CLIENT INTERACTIONS THROUGH OUR TICKETING PLATFORM. Maintain current product knowledge
Requirements: Must have great verbal and written communication skills Ability and willingness to adapt and learn EXCELLENT TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS KNOWLEDGE OF WI-FI PROCESSES Must be willing to work mornings or evenings, and weekends

Skills & Education: High school diploma 2 YEARS WIFI TECHNICAL SUPPORT
