Jackson Hewitt offers paid tax training for personal income tax preparation and the delivery of excellent customer service! Upon successful completion of our tax class, you will have the opportunity to join our award-winning, nationwide team of Tax Professionals.

TRAINING INFORMATION

Live, Virtual Tax Training on Zoom; Internet connection required,

Required attendance for scheduled lab and final testing in local JH offices

Zoom Training 10 AM – 6 PM, November 29 – December 3 and December 6 – 10, 2021,

Training is paid at the training wage.

Hiring paperwork and Zoom or in-person interview must be completed prior to first class.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include the preparation of our customer’s personal income tax returns.

Successful completion of paid tax training on our proprietary software to provide quality customer tax service and care.

Answer basic tax questions.

Full-time and Part-time positions are available (10-40 hours per week).

Day, Evening, and Weekend hours are available.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Prior customer service experience preferred.

Prior personal income tax filing experience helpful but not required. We offer training.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Active PTIN* preferred but not required. We will help you obtain a PTIN.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $12.00-$15.00 (Paid at End of Training)
