Jackson Tumble Finish is a metal finishing company in Jackson, Michigan. We are looking for team players to become a part of our production teams. We are looking for someone who can:

Operate production machinery, specifically hoists, production baskets, loading machines, timers, etc. used in the production process or assist machine operators.

Set up, operate, and immerse our customer's parts in finishing solutions for a specified amount of time according to instructions on work tickets.

Observe timers and gauges to ensure proper parts processing.

Make adjustments or stop the process when problems occur.

Inspect the parts for defects.

Job includes cross-training on all production lines.

Skills Needed:

Possess good communication skills to interact with others on your team to accomplish goals.

Pay attention to details.

Flexibility and being a good team player

Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Some forklift driving experience.

Personal Protective Equipment such as safety glasses, work boots, gloves and hearing protection are required.

All training will be provided on the job.
