Are you a seasoned plumber with management experience, a knack for coordinating projects, and a passion for excellent customer service? If so, consider joining Vito Services. We're in search of a Commercial Plumbing Estimator to help spearhead the commercial operations of our business.

Who we are

Founded on humble beginnings and big dreams, Mr. Vito began servicing local businesses with his new plumbing company and soon the one-man shop grew into a family business with a service area spanning hundreds of miles.

As Vito Services continued to grow and expand from a commercial plumbing outfit in DC, to servicing businesses in Maryland and Virginia. Today, Vito Services has more than 50 employees and 30 vans across the DMV area.

Vito prides itself on having the most well-trained staff and technicians in the industry, and has always remained on the cutting edge, both internally and in the field.

What we are looking for

Your responsibilities will be multifaceted; encompassing the management of customer relations, writing proposals, project scheduling, and contractual details.

What do we need from you?

• 10+ years of fieldwork experience
• Proficiency in project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts
• Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must pass a background check/drug test
• Plumbing license is a plus, but not required
