JAMES ZANDER & ASSOCIATES INSURANCE AGENCY IN DFW IS HIRING INSURANCE SALES REPRESENTATIVES TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!

This position is located in Grapevine, TX (after two weeks training at our Dallas location). Are you currently confined to writing insurance for only one captive carrier and looking for a new opportunity? We are an family owned & operated independent insurance agency with four decades of operation. By having dozens of direct contracts with national carriers, we can provide our clients the best coverage for their needs at the most competitive price. This position is primarily focused on selling and servicing Auto & Home clients, however, Business Insurance clients are welcomed and encouraged. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE INSURANCE SALES AGENT:

• One year insurance sales experience required
• Active Texas P&C Insurance Licensed required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE INSURANCE SALES AGENT:

• Prospect new clients, develop insurance quotes, present options, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and service your clients, as needed
• Understanding prospects needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
• Staying informed about competing products and services
• Ability to achieve sales targets without constant supervision
