Job Summary

Local organization seeks experienced Janitor to join our team! The janitor is responsible for completing all duties assigned to ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment.

Responsibilities · Ensure that the inside and outside of the building is clean and functioning. · Clean and make repairs as needed · Washes windows, screens, sills, woodwork, doors, desks, walls, ceilings, floors, restrooms etc. · Set up and break down tables, chairs and other equipment requested for use by various groups. · Comply with the organization’s policies and procedures. · Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally in a school environment, desired

Strong communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

The ability to perform maintenance operations

English speaking preferred

Schedule

This can be a part time or full time job

4-8 hours per day (hours TBD upon meeting and discussing schedule availability)
