Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our employees and visitors. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks and ensures that all areas are well-kept and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting throughout the facility.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, lunchroom, and common spaces regularly.
- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Keep walkways, stairways, and entrances clear and safe from hazards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the maintenance manager.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for events or meetings as needed.
- Follow all company policies and regulations concerning health and safety.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their proper usage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 30lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
