Janitor Location: Northampton, MA Full time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4p-12a Pay: $18.50/hr

Position Summary: Position within our Property department based in Northampton doing varied janitorial responsibilities for our clinics and administrative buildings. Requires a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle for transportation to various buildings.

Position Responsibilities:

Cleaning building; sweeping, mopping, dusting.

Vacuuming and shampooing carpets as needed.

Emptying trash/recycling receptacles daily.

Clean and supply restrooms.

Maintain overall appearance of location.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / GED required.

Previous janitorial or building maintenance experience, 1-2 years preferred.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Physical ability to perform the requirements of the job.

Eye for detail and a willingness to get the job done.

Integrity and ability to work independently.

Background screening (CORI).
