Do you enjoy keeping areas clean and organized while also having the opportunity to assist with different facility improvements? Then you are going to love working at our state of the art custom printing facility in Northeast Philadelphia.

You will be responsible for upholding janitorial duties in our main facility and warehouse, while working closely with the team to assist with regular and routine maintenance activity throughout the building and on various production equipment.

• Location: Northeast Philadelphia
• Shift: Full time Monday-Friday with some overtime opportunities

Janitor and Maintenance Custodian Responsibilities:

• Cleans designated facility and warehouse areas (including, but not limited to: disinfecting, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents...etc).
• Disposes of trash and recycling from bins and containers throughout the facility.
• Cleaning exterior/entryway/cigarette receptacles
• Stocks and maintain supply rooms.
• Assisting in building upkeep and maintenance repairs including but not limited to electrical, plumbing and carpentry duties
• Assists with minor technical repairs and routine maintenance tasks on various equipment.
• Maintains a log of all janitorial and maintenance activity.
• Ensures compliance of department safety measures and quality standards on the production floor.
• Willing to help with other projects

Janitor and Maintenance Custodian Requirements:

• Building maintenance and repair experience is a plus
• Physically active and able to adjust workspaces to improve work environment
• Experience with the use of common hand and power tools is a plus
• Current driver's license is a plus
