Simple Custodial Services is looking for a reliable, hands-on Evening Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning team. You'll supervise the crew, ensure quality standards, pitch in with cleaning tasks, and manage supplies. You’ll also use a company vehicle for supply runs and travel between job sites.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM), with occasional weekend shifts if needed.

Responsibilities

Deliver and restock supplies to job sites (company vehicle provided)

Make sure buildings are cleaned properly by doing walkthroughs and inspections

Train new and current employees on cleaning procedures

Do laundry for mop heads, towels, rags, etc.

Help cover or fill in for cleaning shifts as needed

Track inventory and help with supply ordering

Write up simple reports

Take care of other tasks as they come up

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed

Requirements:

Janitorial experience (required)

Leadership or supervisor experience (required)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)

Must be reliable and have transportation to our office

Good communicator and team player

Basic computer skills (checking emails, filling out forms, using apps, etc.)

Can lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet during your shift

Spanish speaker is a plus

Floor tech experience (like scrubbing, buffing, stripping) is a plus
