Job Title: Area Supervisor / Project Supervisor Location: Milwaukee Region (includes travel to off-site locations) Salary: $50,000 annually Schedule: Full-time

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Area Supervisor / Project Supervisor to support operations in a growing territory. This role blends hands-on supervision with project oversight and requires someone who is independent, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal day-to-day direction while still reporting to a manager.

The person in this role will play a key part in training and supporting staff, maintaining high-quality service, and managing cleaning-related projects as they come up. As our business grows in Wisconsin, flexibility and strong communication will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Train, supervise, and support cleaning staff across assigned sites

Deliver and manage cleaning supply inventory

Visit job sites regularly to coach employees and ensure quality standards

Build positive working relationships with staff and clients

Address performance issues or training gaps with professionalism and care

Assist with and supervise project-based work as needed

Maintain a flexible schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, and split shifts

Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols (OSHA training provided)

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

Prior supervisory and cleaning experience required

Must pass a background check

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience with scissor lifts and safety training (OSHA certification provided)

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and people skills

Able to work flexible hours based on operational needs

Initial Assignment:

The position will begin with a daytime project at a nearby paint company, with the opportunity for growth as new accounts are added in the Wisconsin area.
